Summer Updates v.1
I've been a delinquent blogger, I know! It's been a hectic 2 months. So hectic that I have not had the chance to blog about it. Anyhoo, here are some updates:
1. I've got a new MacBook Pro! It was not an impulse buy as I've been dreaming of owning one ever since I did ISP tech support for Mac (This was years ago, by the way). I'm having a hard time getting used to the shortcut keys, as I am a big windows short-cut key person. I hate working with the mouse so finally owning a Macbook is a breath of fresh air! While I am looking for a name for my new baby, I am calling it my MArCbook Pro Madge Ciccone just because. My schatzi wasn't really happy that this investment caused a HUGE dent on my barely-there savings account. I quickly changed his mind when we did a test run on the webchat capabilities and, man, was it suh-weet! He could see me in full color and it wasn't pixelized like the ole' desktop. More than that, I don't have to wear my brother's filthy Seinheisser Headset and I don't even have to wear that lapel mic. My friend, Ramon gave me a good deal so I can't be any more happier! Anyhoo, I promise to post more pics soon. Maybe in my next update. I gotta go and play with my puppy, Casey. She just got back from the groomers and is in need of a playtime session with her momma. ;-)
