Forgive me friends, for not being able to update sooner. Things in the "real world" have gotten a bit out of hand and I had to temporarily take a hiatus from blogging. Anyway, the good news is I'm back.
So obviously, the holiday season is HERE! What does that mean? What else but shopping, shopping, shopping! I haven't really gotten to writing up my Christmas list (as it is all in my mind as I am writing this). I've thought of several things I wanted for myself, but this year it will be different I guess. This year is extra special because it's the first Christmas I'm spending with my Schatzi. So that leaves me with the quintessential holiday/birthday/anniversary/new year gift. For a while I was stumped. Good thing I stumbled upon this really cool page called shopwiki. It helps you to find specific products over the internet easily and more conveniently as it searches all the available merchants on the web. Sort of like Google for the shopaholics, if ya get what I'm saying.
In my case I was searching for some techie stuff for my Schatzi. I originally thought of a PS3 coz he's been going on and on about how it would be cool to hook it up and configure it as a DVD player/PC console. Yeah right! His best friend recently acquired one so, I'm thinking, he had to get one for himself! Well anyhoo, I found out that he had already ordered one! Good thing I hadn't placed my order yet. Now that leaves me with 2 options:
- Buy him some PS3 games which I am totally against (Video Games Galore!)
- Get him some game controllers or whatnot (Extra Fun Here!) or
- Buy myself a Nintendo Wii so I can finally do some Yogalates at home (Finding my Inner Zen!). --> HEHE
LOL. So much for gifts for Schatzi. Again, it's still all in my head. I'm planning to spend the whole weekend before Christmas day to make my list, figure out my budget and get everything purchased and wrapped in time for the big day. Meanwhile, join me in window online shopping and drooling over my laptop. SIGH.
